Short and plain: what this website records, why, and how you can change your choice.
This website is run by Koš komerc d.o.o., Karađorđeva 116, 14253 Osečina, Serbia. For any privacy question, email us at kos.komerc@sezampro.rs or call +381 (0)14 451 483.
The first time you open the site, we ask whether we may count visits. Until you tap “OK”, nothing is loaded from Google and nothing is sent to Google.
If you agree, Google Analytics sets the cookies _ga and _ga_WDKGYLCLLC, which last up to 2 years. Google keeps the visit data for 14 months and may process it outside the European Union. Your IP address is used only for a rough location, at city or country level. Advertising features are switched off.
We count which pages are visited and how often someone taps our phone number, email address, WhatsApp or Viber link, or sends an inquiry through the form.
We never record what you type into the form, which number or address you opened, or anything else that would tell us who you are.
We remember your answer for 12 months, in your browser. After that we ask again. If you tap “No thanks”, Google Analytics is not loaded and any existing Google cookies are removed.
You can change your choice at any time: Cookie settings.
When you send an inquiry, we use your name, venue name, email, phone and message only to answer you. The form is delivered by the Formspree service, which forwards the message to our email. We do not sell this data and do not share it with anyone for advertising.
You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you. Just email us at kos.komerc@sezampro.rs.
